Elevate a Local Space. Inspire the Community.

The Giveaway Includes:

  • Custom Design: A unique design concept developed in collaboration with the winning nonprofit.

  • Professional Materials: All high-grade materials, including paint, brushes, and equipment.

  • Installation: Professional labor for a mural up to a $1,000 value (5x5’ / 25 sq ft) or that amount discounted from a larger mural project 

  • Logistics & Project Management: Our clear, communicative process from kickoff to completion.

How to Enter: Nominate Your Nonprofit

 

We're looking for organizations that are making a real difference in the Worcester area. To nominate, please provide the following details:

  • Nonprofit Name & Mission: A brief description of what your organization does.

  • Contact Person: Name and contact information.

  • The Vision & Impact: How would a custom mural improve your space and serve your mission?

  • The Canvas: A clear photo of the wall/surface to be painted.

  • Permission Confirmation: Confirmation that you have permission (landlord, city, etc.) to paint a mural in the space.
     

We're seeking a project that will be a learning experience for our team on timing and pricing, while giving back to the local community.

 

The Selection Process

 

Submissions will be reviewed by the awen&co team. All qualifying candidates will be entered into a community voting process. 

Nonprofit must be in the following town/city: Ashburnham, Athol, Auburn, Barre, Berlin, Blackstone, Bolton, Boylston, Brookfield, Charlton, Clinton, Douglas, Dudley, East Brookfield, Fitchburg, Gardner, Grafton, Hardwick, Harvard, Holden, Hopedale, Hubbardston, Lancaster, Leicester, Leominster, Lunenburg, Mendon, Milford, Millbury, Millville, New Braintree, North Brookfield, Northborough, Northbridge, Oakham, Oxford, Paxton, Petersham, Phillipston, Princeton, Royalston, Rutland, Shrewsbury, Southborough, Southbridge, Spencer, Sterling, Sturbridge, Sutton, Templeton, Upton, Uxbridge, Warren, Webster, West Boylston, West Brookfield, Westborough, Westminster, Winchendon, Worcester

What Happens Next?


Kickoff Meeting: We'll meet to discuss the space, design, and timeline.
Confirm Logistics: Re-confirm all necessary permissions and site details.
Project Contract: A contract will be used to protect all parties involved, but with a $0 fee for the giveaway scope.
Flexible Scope: If the organization desires a larger or more complex mural beyond the giveaway's scope, we will credit the giveaway's value towards the final quoted price.
